The website itself does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social media, or cookies for marketing. Its fonts, graphics and scripts are served with the website.

The animation controls apply to the current page and are not stored as a persistent preference. The website also respects your device’s reduced motion setting.

When the website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver the site and help protect its network. The project brief tool runs in your browser. Entering information and selecting “Prepare email” does not submit it to BeresAds OÜ or a form service.

“Open email draft” passes the prepared text to your selected email application. You decide whether to send it. “Copy message” copies the text to your device’s clipboard when your browser permits it. The website does not save form contents to cookies, local storage or a database.

Information may remain in an open page or in your email application’s own drafts. Avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

If you send us an email, we use the information you provide — for example, your name, email address and project details — to respond to the enquiry and discuss potential work. This may involve taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the resulting business relationship, or meet applicable record keeping obligations. Email providers process messages as part of delivering the correspondence; their privacy and security arrangements also apply. Service providers may process information in other countries under their applicable data protection arrangements.

This website does not sell personal information or use project enquiry details for advertising.

You can contact development@beresads.com to ask about personal information held in connection with your enquiry, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some information may need to be kept where there is a legal obligation to do so.

You can raise a concern with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee (opens in a new tab), or with the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work.
